Sony to Release White PS2 for Christmas

well the ps2 is still making sony a unholy ton of money so why not? its not like people are being fleeced its just another option.

although i do wish they would put some more effort into putting ps1 and ps2 games on the psn.....

Japan had another 14 PS1 games in their update on thursday! Think they got 30-40 now!

yeah the psn in japan has got a nice little selection, considering the HUGE library of games sony has plenty of work to do.

is it so much to ask for resi 2 to be put on the psn? really...

Not really.

Sony is still selling tons of PS2s and a white version will make people buy one. Hell I might get a white version just to play Manhunt 2.

It looks quite nice and as mentioned if it fits with your existing entertainment equipment then it's perfect. Mind you the only white equipment to match it I can think of is a portable TV from the 1980's. Can't remember seeing any white TV's, DVD Players, Video Recorders or Amp receivers in comet a few days ago. Suppose it will match an Ipod though
