Xm3's are fine for watching TV, I have 3 sets around the house xm3's a set of xm'4 and a pair of BO's , BO's sound better but for comfort an day to day use the Sony's are streaks ahead.

Use them daily and yeah they're great, don't notice any lag and the noise cancelling is fantastic for TV and movies
