Hello
My friend has a Sony Xperia M and it was doing an update and restarted. Since then it only loads the android bot on his back with a "!" in a red triangle. We have tried holding the power button and both volume buttons together for 8-10 seconds and it just loads the same image(as well as just the up and down volume buttons on there own with the power button).
Apparently they have also tried plugging it into a pc and using the sony software/pc companion and the PC doesn't pick up the phone.
Any help?
