I've been eyeing up point and shoot for something to replace the A509 Canon I have as the batteries don't last long at all and it would be really nice to have high quality video recording as well and this looks amazing - thought I'd share about a review someone wrote on Redban
The lowest price I have found is £326 which is quite a fair chunk for a point and shoot but I think at this price it beats many camcorders that record "HD" unless things have changed recently - I've not been into point and shoots for a long time but we do have a Samsung handheld camcorder which does 1080P (mp4) but the quality in low light is pretty terrible compared to the TX7.
Does anyone know of a comparable P&S that is cheaper?
