It's an old cliche but its true :(.

Hadn't seen her most of yesterday and wondered where she was, went to look for her last night and spent ages trying to track down the source of her meow, thought she was trapped in a neighbours shed initially but no. She's about 3 stories hight up in one of the trees, still there now just meowing desperately.

RSPCA won't help until she's been up there for 24 hours, and obviously we can't call the Fire brigade! Bah :(.

Chainsaw ? High Pressure hose?

My cats been stuck up a tree and on a roof It will come down eventually, mavity etc.

Seen a cat up a tall Douglas fir many years ago, fire brigade were called, they didn't use a ladder, but a hose.
The water hit the cat about four feet in the air, & it landed in a tarpaulin being held many feet below, very wet & in a rather bad mood.:D

Didn't really think it needed stating that the tree isn't (human) climable :p.

My wife phoned the rspca and said she's only been up there about 12 hours (ffs) :/. And doubt I could get pics, the branches are so thickly knit. Only actually found her last night because my torch reflected off her eyes.

Hmmm. Have you tried coaxing her out with her favourite food/treat? If it was one of mine, I'm pretty sure the scent of raw prawns would have made them jump from any tree, regardless of height :D

The best advice has already been given. This is what the fire brigade do. Don't call 999 though, just call the local station.

My cat got stuck up a tree once when I was a nipper. My Dad scaled the tree with a ladder and wore a pair of thick motorcycle gloves for the impending claw fest that ignited hauling the stupid animal out of the branches. Interestingly, the cat never climbed trees after this rescue.

Wait if you can, it might make it's own way down. Worst comes to the worst fire brigade.

Says the man with four inclined guns in his sig. :D :p

Yeah, if the cats still up there, ring the fire brigade. I doubt the RSPCA will do anything different. It's not like they have a special method of shaking a particularly tasty type of cat treat that is guaranteed to coax cats down from trees.
