I have the msi x99s sli plus but after a month it stopped booting in to windows and was not showing to display. It was also turning on and off by its self. So when I first got this problem I was mad because I spent over 2 years to save to get a x99 system... The way I sorted it was to updated one of the bios to v1.9 using m-flash (pen drive with the bios files) so far it seems to have fixed the problem.
