sorting out programs

looking for a better way to sort out whats in my all programs list when igo to start, all programs

im trying to tidy it up but its taking ages

Navigate the following

C: > Documents and Settings > *Your user name* > Start Menu > Programs

Now you can add shortcuts, delete shortcuts, create folders to your hearts content.

Right click on the start menu and explorer all users.
