Could anyone shed any light on reocurring and irritating problem with the Audigy 2 sound card. I keep getting series clicking or ticking sounds similar to a morse code sounds when my PC is switched on, I'm using Vista 32 bit with updated drivers. the best way to describe it is 2 bursts of 5 clicking sounds. It isn't a mobile or house phone as i have turned both of these off and it does it at completely random times. Has anyone else had this usual sound problem or am I going crazy.
If I need to replace the sound card what would you recommend. I use it to play games sometimes, play music, transfering Vinyl and video editing.
Asus Sonar get mentioned often as does X-Fi, what are your thoughts.
