sound card help

Thinking about getting this sound card

My motherboard is asus p5q pro my question my pci e slot is either directly underneath or directly over my graphics card so would doing this damage the sound card due to the heat from the graphics card

read bout this last week search for a thread called too close he just moved his gfx card to the next slot and i think it was fine but try an asus sound card:\d

Ive only got one graphics card slot with 16 lanes availble.
