Sound Editing Help Needed Quickly

Hey guys, sorry I didn't know which forum to put this in, BUT

I need to convert a .wav file from a rate of 22khz to both 44khz and 11khz. I have tried using Audacity which didn't work, but basically I need the exact same file but with a better rate.

I really need this help today.. thanks guys

Try Goldwave (link), I've found it pretty good at converting audio files in the past

Adobe Audition will do that.

Just sorted it, my magic pixie friend appeared just minutes after posting that, with some great software
