Sound from comp to mobile without bluetooth?

Hi,

Go a sound effect on my comp that i'd like as a message alert, but i don't have bluetooth on my computer.
Is there anyway of sending it to my phone as a multimedia message, or any other way anyone can think of for getting it to my phone?

do you have email set up on your phone?
send it as an attachment

I would also like to do this. I see that my phone has email on it and there was once a message sent to it by the company, but I have no idea what it's address is :confused:

. I wouldn't cost any money to send from PC to phone presumably? I also have a settings>new account>add bit there, I can set up an email address on the phone like this, free of charge? K700i btw

Upload it to a host, use your web browser on your phone to retrieve it?

Doesn't your phone have a data cable to transfer things from the PC?

There appear to be a few sites that will let you send a free MMS message, maybe try this one here and O2 used to allow message sending although that may just be ordinary text messages.

My k750i does so I'm sure the k700i should. I've used it to upgrade the firmware, send/receive files, increase the SMS limit etc so it does work.

Have a look for a dcu-11 cable.

Laptop with IR if you have it?

Otherwise you need DCU-11 for SE handsets.
