Got a buzzing coming from the monitor with built in speakers(19" hp few years old tft)/headphones on various games/sites.

Started happening when i got my 4850 card.
The card also makes a tiny noise but u have to be inside the case to hear that.

I got Realtek HD audio on GA_P35C_DS3R (Gigabyte).

I tried disabling it in bios and even when disabled(no sounds) i still get the buzzing.

Just tried another monitor with seprate speakers and they also buzz it seems that that tiny noise is just made worse though speakers/headphones would usb speakers sort that problem?

Im getting a new monitor soon anyway (with usb speakers)?

Any ideas/suggestions?

Sounds like you're picking up some sort of induced current from your graphics card. Id suggest a new sound card if you have the expansion bays.

Yea after thinking about it im gonna buy a sound card but i got a question if i buy a card then my front mic/headphones wont work? or is there a way to connect em?

Might be better posting in sound city forum. To my knowledge some cards have front audio connector pins.
