I have a debian installation but all I get when I try to apt-get install or update is:

Reading Package Lists... Done
W: Couldn't stat source package list http://debian.blueyonder.co.uk stable/main Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/debian.blueyonder.co.uk_dists_stable_main_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)
W: Couldn't stat source package list http://debian.blueyonder.co.uk stable/non-free Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/debian.blueyonder.co.uk_dists_stable_non-free_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)
W: Couldn't stat source package list http://debian.blueyonder.co.uk stable/contrib Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/debian.blueyonder.co.uk_dists_stable_contrib_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I'm thinking that it may be that I have the wrong addresses in my source list, can anyone give me a good list to use???

IS this any help: http://www.geocities.com/reverendsky/sourceslist.txt

It's a guy's sources.list from what appears to be a Sarge installation like you've got. I reckon that the only part really needed is

#############
## Sarge ####
#############
#Stable Sarge
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ sarge main contrib non-free
#Stable Sarge Sources
deb-src http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ sarge main contrib non-free
#Security Updates Sarge/Stable
deb http://security.debian.org/ sarge/updates main contrib non-free

Has anyone else been having trouble with their sources?

I sorted it yesterday and then found I had to change them again today, is there some sort of global server problem for debian repository hosts at the moment...?
