Space action movie, is there any?

EDIT! straight off the bat, tital should be future action movies

Hi guys,
Im after an action film but i want it in the future, dont mind if its bad graphics but standable acting is a must.
I recently watch Mutant Chronicals and i suprisingly enjoyed it. It reminded me very much of the warhammer 40k universe.
Also with a gears of war film in the making a want a film around this kinda theme.
Any warhammer type films would be great, one of my fav films in fith element.
So yeh, basicly films in the future, not neceseraly in space, e.g. i dont like the star treck films all that much (though the new one and nemesis i quite enjoyed)

Yeh, i realise ive been as clear as mud but any suggestions would be great :D

(oh yeh, mad max are some of my fav films too, i like apocolyptic future ;) )

Should have mentioned them, slipped my mind, yeh i have all of firefly, great great show, wish it wasn't cancled :(
Havn't seen total recall though, will add to list :)

Is Total Recall the one with the three boob woman or is that sumet like Pluto Nash?

Star Wars

Battlestar Galactica tv series (if ur willing to spend the time... well worth it, best show in history id say as a complete story)

Battlefield Earth (highly regarded as the worst film of all time, worth watching for that reason alone)

Starship troopers 1 (only)

Alien series (wouldnt' recommend 4)

Sunshine (overlooked by many if you ask me, fantastic sci fi movie in space, great visuals and epic score)

Event Horizon (My personal favourite space movie, not quite sure why, i love the idea behind space travel when i first seen it.)

Any films on a big scale, like squad/group based, or a war? I noticed while imdb'ing a lot of them center around a main charecter, i like films with quite a few individuals too :)

They Live

All action type movies set in the future. 3 of them starring Rutger Hauer and another Rowdy Roddy Piper. What more could you ask for :cool:
