All I need now is a remake of Laser Squad and I'm set. Please don't let it be rubbish......

I am really looking forward to this. There was a thread not so long ago which had the interview and it was sounding great.

I just hope they don't rush it.

The fact it is coming out on iOS is a bit concerning but I'll probably check out the demo as I liked the original game (both tabletop and PC).

if you want some idear what it will be like try out frontline tactics (free to play on steam), as space hulk is built around the same engine.

I was a little concerned as I've seen some awful ports of iOS games but after watching an interview & seeing the game being played I'm more happy that they have done thing properly with PC being the lead platform, the lead Dev was very explicit that they are making a PC game first & foremost & from what I saw on a admittedly poor res video it did look very good & it sticks very faithfully to the original board game, I now can't wait to get my hands on the game.
I really hope you can play muilt-player as the gene-stealers! I used to love playing the boardgame as them, watching my mate panic as 6 Xeno's closed in from 2 sides as he desperately rolled his overwatch shots knowing that if one got close enough he would be ripped to pieces, if the game captures that sort of tension (it looked like it had) then it will be awesome.

I am not quite sure of the hours of play on this one - if it were to come with a level editor like Shadowrun then it would be value for money but as it stands I do agree the price is somewhat high for something that hasn't been in development for that long or with what appears to be that much content. Nice to see how quick people are turning stuff around with the Unity engine though.
