Spam E-mails Outlook express

I made the mistake of sending a work colleague an E-mail. He gave my E-mail address to his wife that works for Sky Television. Since then I have never received dozens of spam E-mail’s, what can I use to get rid of it. I don't want to register a new E-mail address as I have been using it for years and have several accounts made out to the address.

What is the best way of dealing with all this carp!!

To be honest, there isn't a way. If you use Outlook Express you could setup a rule to delete them as soon as they come in.

Alternatively you could reply to them asking them to stop!

I would personally give you 'mate' a good kicking!!!

TBH Matt Im really peeved with him. I told him so too. I wish I had never sent the E-mail. I have never had this problem with my blueyonder account, as I used it purely for friends and business. I am mad... I think I will try thunderbird!!!
