Spam email - anybody else getting these?

I'm getting loads of these types of email every day and they are attached pictures.
All of them have a different name and different subject.
Anybody else getting them?

In general I`ll normally sift through the usual amount of emails regarding "A bigger penis", "come see me naked", "check these stocks out" or in my hotmail I`ll get every kind of spam there is all with "jorge" in the title, and I have no idea who Jorge is :confused:.

Glad I see my outlook to download headers and not complete emails. ;)

I'm getting those 'stock/shares' emails with the image in ALL the time.. Like several a day.. As you said all from different accounts/domains and with different subjects. Very annoying.
