Spanish Football 2011-2012

Unfortunately that wasn't nearly half as entertaining as the Arsenal match earlier. That one sided is just no fun to watch.

As a neutral i find it loads of fun to watch as long as the skill and intensity is there from start to finish, as we had today.

Nothing fun in 10 mins of entertainment 3-0 job and then 80 mins passing between midfield and defence.

Well tbh it wasnt that entertaining a match but then to see the skill of Messi and co was something else to see....i dont know if Osasuna took the game seriously or what??...they probably thought it was an exhibition match with the way they played:p

Some of them are thugs, to describe them all as such is silly, especially as Levante, in particular Juanfran is by far the worst offender on the pitch.

Likewise Di Maria isn't a thug, just an immense cheat, can't stand that little git, but then there was zero contact between him and Juanfran who went down like he'd had his leg broken to start the thing, two wrongs don't make a right, but the guy to start it was unquestionably Juanfran, if ref's had any balls he'd have red carded Di Maria and Juanfran for unsportsmen like conduct and got on with the game.

Levante since the first minute have been throwing themselves to the floor, too knackered to watch the second half, first half was a pathetic show of cheating.

I'm honestly not sure I'd risk bringing Ronaldo on with a slight ankle problem, or without, because Levante will target him no question, Diarra getting a red card from players diving is a fairly risky prospect aswell. They need Ozil on(and Ronaldo really, but he's too much of a risk to be injured) Di Maria/Kaka just aren't creating/controlling the game like Ozil/Ronaldo can.

Levante have got away with murder in this game, ref has been dire. Think Madrid were owed at least one penalty for blates handballing in the box and why a couple of their players are still on the pitch when it was Khedira getting the red... if it was Barcelona you know which team would have been down to 10 or 9 men. Be interested to see if they adopt the same unsportsmanlike approach when they play the team whose kit they're rather obviously copying.
