Spanish ISPs

Maybe should nb in networks but figured a wider audience here..
Basically my old man is with a company called next, TV phone and presumably standard ADSL.. Frequent disruption to all services, does anybody know a reputable Spanish (lol) provider?

Presumably they have a similar system, so distance and line quality to local exchange will be a dominant factor?
