An X-Fi or should i take the plunge with Vista Home Premium 64bit OEM?

i agree. tbh i use in built sound. the norm today is 5.1 at least so ive never ever bought a sound card

wait a while before getting 64 bit vista. I would save the 80quid towards a new gfx card in 2/3 months

Well ive got one of the original audigys so imk not using onboard sound.

A decent cpu cooler is another idea

Well i splashed out on a Freezer 7 cooler. Saving the rest until a better gfx card comes up on MM
