Is this worth the price premium over the amazon basics 30m 14awg ofc free? Its £20 so half the price. Apparently abit stiff and hard to work with.

Go for the Amazon Basic cable. The reason is the red and black cables are twisted inside the outside white sleave. When you twist a cable it reduces noise and improves signal quality.

You don't say what power speakers your running, but would be temped to take the 12 gauge as it's hardly any more money, and lower resistance helps especially with longer runs.
