Spec a build in the Enthoo EVOLV ITX - £900

I have mate that wants a gaming pc in the Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX case, he has a budget of up to £900.

Does not need windows, keyboard, mouse or monitor. What's the best he can have?

I have had a very quick go at this, I think will need some comments by others... if you went MATX and went for lower end motherboard and non K CPU you "MIGHT" be able to get a GTX1070, this is a 2 minute basket so I havnt checked it very well

the phanteks case is a good one, if your not bothered what its looks like you can go ultra cheap, this gives you another £70 to spend on RAM or PSU..
