Spec build for a friend?

Mate wants some help building a new machine I am thinking of reommending her get:

E4300
Asus P5N-E
2gig Crucial 10th Anni
480W Enermax Coolergiant AX Series
Seagate 7200.10 250gb sata
gpu undecided

Any thoughts on e4300 or 6300
P5N-E or DS3?
PSU should be fine? anything you'd recommend for approx £50?
any other thought welcome

Hopefully get 3.5ghz with good ram performance
