Sorry, I have a K2. It's great and won't let you down, but the Phanteks is better. Go for that
Then again, it may not fit in that case. The K2 will.

It may not be an issue, but I read a review of the ASrock board that mentioned it's narrower than standard ATX size which means that there isn't much support on the side where the 24pin connector is located. Check the bolt holes in the top down pic for yourself.
Be careful when plugging that in basically, or you may bend the board.

I pretty much based my K2 buying decision based on that Vortez review.
As much as I trust Helios, that review is way more glowing in the K2's favour than pretty much any review I've come across.

The bottom line is that there isn't much between the top group of air coolers, but if you're going for maximum cooling, then the Phanteks is pretty much undisputed. For £6.99 extra plus colour options, it's worth it imo.
I would have got one, but getting it in my case is questionable at best...

Don't get me wrong, the K2 is awesome and I'm very happy with it. I would highly recommend one to anybody else.
