Spec Check + Compatability question!

Im currently looking at the following build:

Can anyone recommend me anything slightly different to this? Also does the nvidia card work correctly on a crossfire P35 board or would i have to get an SLI one?

Any compatability issues people have seen and can help me with would be great, bout £500 is what im looking at spending or there abouts.

The GTX will work fine, all looks fine to me. the artic silver isnt needed really i believe the AC7 comes with some thermal paste pre applied

I wasnt 100% sure on the ram, was also looking at the:

the pc6400 will be more than enough for the q6600.

what psu do you have as the GTX will need a fair bit of juice to run.

Have a 600w enermax atx2.0 at the moment, be enough?

The PSU should be fine and Kearney1988 is correct, the Arctic Freezer comes with MX-2 pre-applied which is pretty good thermal paste.

I don't know too much about that MSI motherboard but generally the P35 chipset is pretty solid regardless of the manufacturer of the individual board.
