Spec check for old timer

I haven't built a PC in quite a while (years) and would like to make sure what I am buying is OK:

It will be used for development/films and possibly some gaming.

Total is £803 inc vat.

I don't need a graphics card or HDD.

Any suggestions/swaps? Would it be better getting Tri-Channel ram?

When you say you don't need a GPU, do you mean you already have one or that you're not planning to include one at all? Just so you know, the P67 boards need a graphics card as they do not have video outputs.

Other than that, it looks good to me. Dual channel RAM is right.

You've picked an OEM chip but no cooler to go with it, do you have a spare? Also that power supply might be overkill, depending on which graphics card you're intending to use with it.

Very nice cooler, not too expensive. You should be able to achieve 4.6GHz with that cooler.

I'm not sure how well this would perform with your cpu.
