Ordered myself a 4790K, SOC Force, RAM and SSD.

Got the boy a screen, R9 270, Wifi card and HDD.

Will hold off upgrading my 780 until the new variant of GPUs come out!

It's already at 4Ghz, I doubt 4.5/4.6Ghz is going to make much difference. Apart from in heat of course, which will require water cooling.

It doesn't.

The H80i should handle 4.4-4.6 pretty easy.

4.5 is the sweetspot for performance..

No point getting an unlocked chip if you leave it at stock, this is overclockers afterall.
