Going to attempt my 1st build for my mother who at 60 has got bored with
her PS2 and is looking for a new challange.

I have attempted to select as cheap as possible..budget is around the £600
mark.

PC would be mostly used for Gaming / browsing.

Looks good for the money mate the only things I'd say is

- Get 2 Gb RAM
- Get a better graphics cards


Afford the above by

- Finding XP Home "elsewhere" :)
- Leaving the speakers until you get paid next month
 
She is breaking sweat already with me going past the £600 mark.

2gb - no chance atm

Could possibly go another £10.00 / £20.00 for a better Graphics card any
ideas ?.

Could do with an official OS Disk - as my current one is a Dell back up one :(

Any better monitors about this price range ?
