Looks good, although I can't say anything about the motherboard, don't have a clue about it. 
If you're willing to put a small increase of money in, getting a 7200.10 rather than a 7200.9 is well worth it, has excellent performance that sometimes approches Raptor standards, but without the noise/heat of a Raptor. Hurrah for 'perpendicular' bit tech. 
I don't think there's a 7200.10 80gb model so that's why it'll cost more, smallest is 200gb I think.
Everything else looks great, wouldn't change a thing.
