Are all these parts compatible? In need of a cheap upgrade as my motherbaord died in my main machine and took everything with it.

Got a really good PSU (which has been tested) and spare hard drives

any improvments or comments would be good budget is no more than £250 inc p&p

going to order when i get paid a week on friday!!!!

Yeh looks good. All parts are compatible. Don't foget you need an aftermarket cooler if your going to be overclocking.

Could change that to the cheaper OCZ/GeiL PC2-6400 ram (here).

Which PSU you got? Curious because I find it odd that mobo died & took other components out

EDIT: You can get a 256MB ATI HD 3850 (this) which will be better than the 8600 GT

thanks guys its def the mobo that went but am deffo goin 2 get a new psu but i be using a fsp 500watt blue storm 2 support that system u think that be powerful enough?

I like the look of that gcard i never had a ati card for a few years last 1 i had was the 9600xt ha
