I already have my Silverstone Ft01 case, but these are the rest of the components that I was hoping to order today or tomorrow. Does it look ok, as it's a first time build?
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 940 Black Edition 3.0GHz (Socket AM2+) -
Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler (Socket AM2/LGA775) £48.29
Asus M3A79-T Deluxe AMD 790FX (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2
G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PK PC2-8500C5 (2x2GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit (F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK)
BFG GeForce GTX 285 OC 1024MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card -
- Memory: 1024MB GDDR3
- Memory Clock: 2484MHz (Effective)
- Shader Clock: 1512MHz
Zalman ZM750-HP Heatpipe Cooled 750W Modular Power Supply
Samsung SpinPoint F1 750GB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (HD753LJ)
Samsung SH-S202N/BEBN 20x DVD±RW IDE Dual Layer Lightscribe ReWriter
I've gone for the GTX285 rather than the 260 (even though it's a lot more money) because I don't intend to upgrade fthe GPU for some time. If you go for a top of line 285, will you see much difference from the lower end? One last thing, are BFG a good make or should I be looking at EVGA? Hope this all seems to cobble together reasonably well?
Thanks for checking.

, from what i've seen of the Phenom's, and it might be worth u checking the cpu and overclocking forums, they can be overclocked using the mulitplyer, rather than just having to up the fsb, so you could get pc6400 memory and you're fsb running at 400, then up the multiplyer to clock it rather than needing the pc8500 memory.
