I would prefer to have the triple channel memory and x16 / x16 lanes 
I also have a massive music library so encoding is slightly important.
edit: I already ahve an i7 system but its a pre built and its more of a home theatre computer but its still pretty quick. But what I find weird is it has x2 2gb and x2 1gb sticks of RAM which is kind of stupid because X58 chipsets use triple channel not dual channel memory :S Oh well it was worth the price.

I guess I could scrape the cash for it
the saving of £20 with that waterblocked powercolor card and £40 for i7 920 will probably make it the same price
