aahhh citylink, a blight that shoudl be removed form the world with fire. They are useless, i ordered a tablet and cotylink delivered it to my next door neighbour while i was out, they didnt update the online tracking system so i was under the impression it wasnt delivered. next day it says delivered and i still dont have the tablet, took til later that day for neighbour to give it to me
 
Well the best thing is they told the company I ordered it from it was delayed due to the weather but in fact they lost the item.

Never ever ever again will city link deliver to my home I will not use them at all had so many problems with them before.

...wait lol so citylink have just lost the cpu between it being transfer from the company to citylink and then being delivered to you....thts a joke, they are meant to be a delivery company not a maybe delivery company
 
Just thought I would add a tale of woe with regard to another well known delivery company - FedEx, as well as one very dishonest neighbour.

My fiancée is partial to rather expensive designer handbags so I order one as a surprise for her christmas. Anyway when it didn't arrive on time I checked the tracking to find thatnitnsaid it had been delivered however I had been at home all day and hadn't received it and there was no slip saying " sorry we missed you" . So checked with all my neighbours and they all said they hadn't signed for anything. Contacted FedEx and they said it had been signed for by someone at my address and if it had been delivered to a neighbour the would have a note of that. After many arguments they finally agreed to send out the driver so he could determine exactly where it was delivered. On arrival he took me straight to my next door neighbours house who had it all along but had tried to get away with keeping it as they had signed a false name! Finally got it back though it had been opened and I believe it was also used! This cost just over £1000 but the police wouldn't let us press charges as our neighbours are foreign and don't speak the best english and they said it was just a mistake!

Sorry for stealing your topic but fancied a rant!

Can't wait to see your build log, my parts have jus been dispatched also for my first build so will be doing one as well!

Just phoned courier again and they still havent found it and will be 48hours to investigate to say im fuming is a undertatement feel slightly sorry for the guy that was on the other end of the phone.
 
Well they found it and it arrived put it together and NOW psu is dead i can not catch a break on this build lol.

Lol no i left my pc on to go and get dinner, i came back up and everything was off and couldnt turn the pc back on but the monitors were still on standby, so took the pc downstairs and plugged it in nothing then had to go get my other pc and take the psu out of it and out it into this one...at this point still nothing

then my dad walks in and i tell him my problem he then goes and gets his computer power lead and the pc boots turns out the fuse and gone :( although the power supply in the pc was dead must have had a power surge or something

from now on i will never by a cit power supply....25 quid 700w....not good
 
Everything up and running now awsome case a bit tight though hehe forgot to take some pics will try tomorrow had enough for today.
