Spec check request before ordering

Hi,

Please could you folks in the know give the following spec a once over, I'm hoping to get the bits below to give a reasonable overclock without pushing the cpu, I'm on a stock q6600 and have the upgrade bug. I think it'll be ok, my main concerns the memory but seeing as ocuk use the same sticks in their pre oc'd bundles I think it should be ok ?

I am torn between the two and I'd like to save the cash but for the amount of time I'm expecting to keep this as my main system I'm tempted to go the bit extra for future proofing, I bought arma2 and arrowhead in the steam sales and I gather they like the extra threads ?
