Spec check & what heatsink/cooler

After a bit of box shuffling in my TV stand i can now accommodate a larger case than an ITX form factor but it needs to be in desktop form.
Its for mainly 1080p gaming, old and new games, is there anything wrong or needs changing in the spec below?
How good (cooling and noise) are the stock Intel heatsink/fans? Should i spec an aftermarket item and if so what (budget say £30 tops but prefer less!)?
Do i need to buy some thermal paste whether using the stock or aftermarket coolers?

If you want to overclock then you need a K CPU for that Z97 board.

I dont think an AIO will fit in the case and not interfere with the motherboard VRM heatsinks.
