You could get a e6600 after the price drop for around that (or a bit less probably).

Get.... a bigger hard drive, sata DVD writer, Corsair, seasonic or enermax psu, motherboard is fine (although I'd get a P35 board like the DS3), and the graphics card is perfect.

If you wanted to build pre-22/7 then you could do a lot worse than an e2160 for the CPU.

Oh, and get an after market cooler like a Tuniq Tower.
