Looking at buying the following today, few simple questions :

1. Will the Card fit in the case?
2. Is the Power Supply chosen adequate to power this card?
3. Any other compatibility issues I've missed?

Rest of my PC Spec is :

Intel i5 2500k
Phanteks PH-TC12DX CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H (Micro ATX)
Coolermaster 750w Powersupply (Don't think it's suitable, hence replacement)
Fractal Midi case (Graphics card wont fit, hence replacement)
Kingston 8GB DDR3 12800

1 x Corsair Obsidian 350D Micro ATX Case - Black (CC-9011028-WW) £75.95

When going micro ATX it is normally better to have a single powerful card imho rather than looking at xfire or sli as heat and spacing can become an issue unless you are going water.

The 295x2 is a cracking card and i'm not so sure two 970's will spank it at all.

I want to build this into a 4K worthy system over the next year, and the 295x2 seems like a good place to start going by the reviews.
I had originally planned on buying a 970 today and another in the near future, but the new pricing has changed my plan....despite it being mega power hungry.
