The only new GPU I would personally use is a 2GB 7850 or an nvidia 660. These GPUs are £160ish. A 2nd hand 460 at £50ish would be very capable and since you don't seem that bothered about gaming it's not a massive amount of cash to put up to allow the rig to play games.
Really don't want to spend over £100 on a GPU, on the first machine i'm building when I won't really be using it for gaming straight away.
I may look for a slight step up from the 640, but TBF the 640 will do the job with FM and a lot of other games, after a couple of months I will probably upgrade it.
