Spec/Help :)

Hi im thinking of going conroe, Im looking at the 6300 at the moment and i plan to overclock it. Want to spend £600-£700, whats the best motherboard and ram to pair with it.

Ive got everything else, power supply etc. Just need the above, I will also be getting a graphics card with the budget above.

well stay away from g.skill i think as people have had the biggest issue with that ram on those motherboards i think. Also timing doesnt really matter so you can go for cheaper stuff if required. any ddr2 pc6400 ram should be suitable for most overclocks to my understanding. pc8000 stuff if you really wish to do some extreme overclocks. there was a review on some of the top end stuff somewhere http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2797. alternatively if you wish to use say a badaxe or asus use the g.skill HZ pc6400 kit as it has the micron memory chips which are used in the pc8000 ram.
