Ok, so im getting rid of my gaming laptop because its just not powerful enough.

I Need a whole new PC (everything included) AMD or Intel dont mind - needs to play latest games on high/ultra (depending on game obviously)

-Monitor (was thinking 3 but don't think will fit in budget)
-Mechanical Keyboard (have mouse)
-Speakers but these are the very last thing on the list as I do already have some.

Im the type that loves a nice looking neat and tidy case with black cable extensions, has the look clean and awesome

Would like a water cooled CPU heater but no essential

Thanks in advanced! (lower priced the better)

2 four core options to play with, and yes 3 monitors are budget, too tight, intel has a slower video card, amd has the slower cpu but faster video card :)

Nice thinking Zakk but he could do better.

Before Stulid gets in, change the motherboard for the D3H or the X D3H.

I would go with 1 monitor for now, 24". And use the remaining money to upgrade to a 7950. You can add another two monitors when you can afford to.

SSD is good.

I'd personally get a XFX 550W PSU, or the cosair CX 500M.

Not a fan of that case, the 200R would be my choice.

Cooler is good, as is the RAM..

Not too bad. :)

Zakk updated his post before i posted. Don't go for the FX4100/FX4300.. It's nowhere near as good as the 3570k.

The 3570k is level with the 8350..

David's build is okay but has the same problems as Zakk's.

Try and fit a 7950 in there.

(I cant spec as im at work). :)

Missing a keyboard and speakers as per OP.

i leave it for now doom m8, just an option, i know other m/b is better etc and see the reasons behind it, but if posters see what he can and cant have for his budget, then he will need to change what he can have and what he can't have for that sort of budget m8

hope he doesn't want a o/s either, as then he will be looking lower still

and sorry davidmt83, i can read, that's why i put (keyboard mice and speakers and personnel choices, and out of budget for a decent setup/rig) :)

but nice spec btw, added everything inc o/s :)

A 7850 is a poor show for a £1000 rig though. I just saw the B-grade 7950 so you could swap it out for that.

I've said this before and will say it again, the 612S wont fit in the 210.

Why not get a B-grade HDD then, lose the SSD etc if it needs to save money. If the OP needs an OS plus pheriphals on his budget he will need to make allowances for that fact his budget wont get him what he want.s

If you are toying with eventually running three screens to game on you ideally want a rig that can run dual GPUs.

If it can't be more than £1K then consider dropping the OS and run the developers evaluation edition of windows 8. You can run that for free for 3 months then choose wether to buy 8 or go with 7.

7850 (overclocks well) is better than the 6950. You'll find plenty of vids on youtube of the 6950 in Xfire using eyefinity (3 screens), so you can expect better performance than that once you drop in the extra 7850 GPU.

If you are going off the idea of having three screens and will be happy with a single GPU setup then this is an option......

enjoy your spec and build, happy gaming

cases are like k/b and mice and speakers, more personnel choices, i like the cheaper ones (cases) with better bit's inside as long as there's good airflow and looks neat and tiddy
