Looks good, only change I would make if you want to save £30 is drop the SSD down to a crucial as it has the same read speeds just slower write speeds.

Besides that, looks fine!

I believe the G1.Sniper is a pretty good board for the price and I am sure people will correct me if I am wrong but I believe the Gigabyte boards have better on board sound.

Cheers Beardy, I did have the G1 and Avexir RAM in an earlier revision but decided to swap it out for the Hero since I hear its a good quality build and has much better onboard sound. What do you think on it? Better getting the G1 then if I want get a sound card along the line?

Looking forward to seeing what Ethermaster comes up with.

The G1 is a lot better than the Hero, both for performance and for the price, the sound is better on the G1 than the Hero.

Try looking at michaelps basket again, he has 2x HDD where as you only have the 1.

Ah thats my bad, I wondered how I had managed to save so much...

I won't lie, I am a little bit of a gigabyte fan boy. I have heard nothing but praise for the G1 Sniper and I know that the onboard sound is supposed to be better than most other boards. As for performance I could not comment on how it compares to the Hero. If you are planning on getting a dedicated sound card further on down the line then I would ask someone else (Doomed or Ether) to comment on which has better bang for buck...
