PS: I have the Asrock Extreme3 970 motherboard, it's not good. I got it cause it was cheap, and what I needed at the time. I had a budget of £300 not £750.

The 8350 is only better for certain productivity tasks which make use of more threads. Such as 3D modelling and some forms of encoding. The 3570K decimates it everywhere else, especially when gaming. So much so that it is embarassing.
