I'd wait for the New Plextor M2S series of SSD drives to surface (hopefully Ocuk will get them soon)
Apparently uses identical marvel chipset to intel 510.

of the current ones the m4 seems well liked, wouldn't go with the plextor's on release just in case it has any teething problems.

Samsung F4 they seem to have jumped a bit in price but I have 2 of these in my system and they are faster than the OS drive I had at the time! (samsung f1 320gb) and are pretty quiet too.

They're based on the Intel drives, so they should be more reliable than the M4.
