Spec me a ~£200 upgrade

My bi-yearly hardware upgrade time has arrived. I seem to do the graphics card one year, and mobo/cpu/ram the other year. I'm fairly happy with my X1900XT gfx card at the minute, and the XP64 3000+ and 1gb of ram is the bottleneck at the minute.

Soooo... I have £200, possibly a touch more. I have always been loyal to AMD, but it seems the Intel Core2Duo CPUs are the ones to have at the minute - I have my eye on the 6600.... A good choice for the money?

I usually spend around £50-£60 on a mobo - not got a clue here, and haven't been following the market. What's good for that money?

Ditto the RAM. I want 2gigs, at least. Preferably no more than £40-£50. What's the jobby to go for?

I don't think you'll get an E6600 in the budget. Even if you could you wouldn't want to do so anyway since the E6750 is cheaper and faster.

An E2140 seem like the way to go if you don't mind a spot of overclocking. :)

Despite the forum, I've never been one for overclocking really....! Why is the E6750 cheaper than the E6600 - it seems better in every way! Also, what's the justification for going for the E2180, as it seems pretty inferior in the specs, and is only 50 odd quid!

The E21xx chips overclock like mad.

Before you answered the overclocking question I prepared this:

I think it would be a great combo if you 'clocked it up to 3.2ish GHz. :)

EDIT: This is better:

wow I've just had a look and I can't believe how cheap a decent/good pc can be now.

Here's my attempt (don't know if the hardwares a good choice but, please pick apart experts) :p

Here you get 4 gig of ram, a CPU that people have got 3ghz+ out of.

Although you don't get a cooler with it you can change and drop 2gig of the ram for a new cooler or drop the cpu down a notch to save more money.
