Spec me a 256GB SSD..?

Despite varying benchmark scores between ssd's the real world performance differences will be negligable. Go for the most reliable drive, which is the crucial m4 by far. Actually, its probably the intel ones but they are silly expensive :p

Samsung are just as reliable as the m4 from what i have heard. Plus the newer corsair performance pro are pretty amazing too.
