Spec me a 27"

I got my HZ281HPB this morning.
No dead pixels.
No backlight bleed.

After playing with the setup and going through the Windows 7 calibration wizard I can honestly say the picture quality is definitely on a par with my old Samsung 226BW.

I really didn't expect it to be this good.

Don't pay too much attention to the "washed out" colours on the photo on the left. It's caused by the camera flash. The photo on the right didn't use the flash.

Wow..that looks huge next to the 22" !

You need to take a pic of an all black screen to notice the bleed. View a black image in fullscreen in mspaint for a quick and easy test.

I tried this, but unfortunate the sheer brightness of the screen even on black just turns the whole pic blue. I guess my IPhone just wasn't made for pics in the dark.

But there is no noticeable light bleed to me when in a competently dark room on a solid black screen Although this makes the viewing angel is more noticeable as the edges turn orange if I am to close. Other then that I had a good 20 hours gaming session of multiple games, (Cod: MW2 & Dirt 2) over the weekend and wow. I was expecting a nasty headache but no. just more game!

Truly a happy customer on this one. I will get around to posting a product review at some point.
