Spec me a 32 incher

Hik guys, im looking for a new tv from the inlaws (currently have a 28inch crt). Im not sure they would use the features of a smart tv but i think freeview hd and recording onto usb as well as twin tuners would be useful. Can you get these things on a small screen?

Edit having a quick look the panny TX-32CS600B looks ok. Budget upto 300ish.

Edit #2 they wont use smart features if it needs hardwiring in, however that panny has wifi which im surprised at.

While not exactly the same model, I put a 520B in my son's room and was pretty impressed with it. I can't comment on the tuner/epg or recording functions as it's basically for his PS3 and NowTV but DVD/BR playback is spot on and the USB media support is OK. I'm planning on running a feed to his room at some point, just not got round to needing to - i'd rather feed Sky to it and be done with it but that's a whole other issue.
