I've a £100 hole in my budget, and I'd like a new 5.1 speaker system to replace an ageing 2.1 system from Dell. Any help? Thanks

They're also half my budget, so I assume there'll be something better... then again the Xonar DG can beat things twice it's price...

I would recommend a decent 2.1 or even 2.0 over 5.1 but if I was in your shoes, I would probably get the Logitech Z506. Reviews everywhere are really good and they can be bagged for less than £70 delivered if you shop around.
I would say that your budget is just shy of some 2.1 setups that are definitely worth saving up for.

Both around £120.00 though can be found for cheaper. Another one which is getting good reviews is the Edifier C2 2.1. £100 and looks like you get a lot for your money.
