Spec me a bacon sandwich

Fry up some bacon, onion and mushroom, then move them to the sides of the pan. Butter a slice of bread, drop it in the fat butter side down and break an egg over it, use a fork to move the egg about so it soaks into the bread and add a few drops of Worcester sauce. Once the butter side is toasted/fried, flip it over to do the egg side.

Once you feel the egg-bread is sufficiently cooked, flip it onto a plate, pepper, and pile the bacon, onion and mushroom back on. Squirt on your sauce of choice and top with a soft buttered slice of bread.

Frying the bread up like this gives a solid base to the sandwich that won't fall apart, and ensures you don't miss out on any precious bacon grease, whilst the sandwich as a whole remains soft (unlike when using two pieces of toast).

And for those who really want to push their culinary boundries, Mango Chutney tastes AWESOME in a bacon sarnie (or on almost anything for that matter)

Traditional Bacon Sandwich.

Extras Menu:

-Pepper
-Mustard
-Cherry Tomato
-Worcester
-Melter Cheese
-Lightly toasted bread
-Extra bacon
-Triple decker Bread

(Preferably all of the above, with cold cheese on one half and melted on the other.)

After these it is no longer a bacon sandwich!

I'll also admit to having salad. However, mustard presence negates and double cheese presence outweighs the salad completely! Maybe mayo, but lunchtime only!
