My friend needs a new PC as his laptop burned out. However, he has a low budget, around £250ish cheaper is better. He does still want quite a fast PC though. but all my builds seem over the budget. Please help :)

I know you said he had a laptop, but does he have any parts at all that could be salvaged from older PCs? Think you'll struggle building something decent with that budget!

Come up with this, does he need a monitor and mouse ect? You might need to look 2nd hand and also operating system?
